JOB SUMMARY:

Support in all processes in the Accounting, Finance and Administration area.

The position is based in Lima, Peru

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Support

Verification of invoices in Individual Consultant of Payment Receipts – SUNAT Prepare the attached physical documents for the Purchase Registry of each month. Prepare the Excel file of the Purchase Record for each month Accounting closing: Update all the respective files to make the monthly provisions Invoice Registration Prepare payment proposal. Carry out payment clearing. Validate invoices on the SUNAT page. Prepare accounting analyzes (preliminary status) Prepare expense provision report. Reverse provisions when invoices arrive. Other activities required by the Accounting, Finance and/or Administration area.

Others

Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) policy. Comply with Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental standards. Perform other related or complementary functions as indicated by your immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

Student or Bachelor in Accounting. Preferably experience in some of the training areas indicated. (Not essential) Microsoft Office (Excel - intermediate or advanced) Intermediate English (Preferred) Management to work under pressure. Good communication skills Good skills to work in high performance teams.

This position reports hierarchically to the Finance Analyst
