Sr Specialist Sales Operations

Purpose:
E2E Account operations is the foundation for a successful Wholesale business and is enabling the Sales Organization achieving its strategic goals. As part of the account operations umbrella the Sales Operations team develops and implements best-in-class and future oriented tools, processes, policies and guidance to enable the countries to achieve operational excellence and commercial success.
This role will support the channel and sales teams to achieve strategic sales and market objectives by generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure visibility of business and target tracking due to commercial data consolidation (Sell out)
- Ensure Reporting tools for Wholesale management ensuring alignment & smooth interaction with the commercial team.
- Generate Sell Out reports and analysis and maintain an operational rhythm where the sales team can use the analysis to make quick decisions
- To support Sales Operations Manager in identifying, developing and implementing strategies for the profitable growth of adidas according to Functional Leads and Sales Director vision.
- To measure progress on defined KPIs
- To ensure transparency on Excess Inventories Levels and allocation to Sales Departments with highest possible net sales and margins without disturbing regular distribution.
- To maximize net margin of remaining excess inventories foreseen for Clearance without disturbing regular distribution
- To drive and promote standardization and automation of processes according to Global/LAM benchmark and best practices
Key Relationships:
- FP&A, DP, SCM, DTC, Marketing
Requisite Education and Experience :
- University degree or equivalent education required
- Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function
- Power BI / Macros advanced level.
- 2 - 4 years experience
