FUNCIONES GENERALES

• Realizar las actividades encomendadas cumpliendo con los tiempos establecidos por su superior a cargo.

• Asegurar el cumplimento de sus actividades siguiendo el proceso estándar de la área designada.

• Comunicar de manera inmediata los contratiempos que dificulten el logro de sus objetivos dados.

• Laborar y utilizar las herramientas encargadas de manera segura y responsable.

• Cumplir con las normas de seguridad y salud establecidas por la empresa.

• Movilizar cajas con ayuda de maquinarias (Traspalet electrico)

• Guardar cajas y/o documentos, según el lote y plazo establecido por su encargado.

• Extraer cajas y/o documentos, según el lote y plazo establecido por su encargado.

• Preparar lote de carga de cajas y documentos a guardarse en los almacenes. Verificar las condiciones de las cajas de la sede y separarlas para su mantenimiento.

• Cargar en el sistema SISIRON las órdenes de servicio asignadas para mantener un control de productividad.

• Servir al cliente durante su estancia en la empresa en la entrega de cajas o files requeridos.

• Utilizar escáner de mano para confirmar guardado de caja o documento en el almacén.

• Recolectar etiquetas de salida de documentos y entregárselas a su encargado para su registro en el área.

• Imprimir y reportar la cantidad de cajas y documentos guardados.

• Reportar discrepancias de cajas o documentos por guardar a su encargado para su solución inmediata.

● Conocimiento básicos en manipulación de equipos

● Conocimientos básicos en computación (Word y Excel)

● Conocimientos básicos uso aparatos electrónicos

Sede de Trabajo:

- callao

- Horario: de 7:45 am a 6:00 pm de lunes a viernes.
