Serás el motor de la Revolución de Impacto que lleva los "AI Superpowers" a clientes en toda América Latina. Este rol es para un estratega que entiende que el cambio cultural es la clave para desbloquear el valor exponencial de la Inteligencia Artificial. Si tu pasión es el Change Management aplicado a la disrupción tecnológica, y crees que la IA es el catalizador para cerrar brechas sociales, esta oportunidad es para ti: Liderar la conceptualización y diseño de Change Management para nuestros servicios y soluciones de negocio enfocados en la adopción de IA, guiando a nuestros clientes en su proceso de transformación. Diseñar modelos de Change Management y cultura de IA aplicables a todos los clientes de la región (Sector Público y Privado), así como internamente en Xertica.ai, garantizando que las soluciones tecnológicas generen un impacto multiplicador, tangible y positivo. Requisitos y Habilidades Clave Mínimo 5 años de experiencia liderando la función de Gestión del Cambio y/o Transformación Cultural a nivel regional (idealmente en LATAM) dentro de empresas de tecnología o consultoría de alto nivel. Fluidez en IA (AI Superpowers): Conocimiento profundo, uso diario y capa bidad probada para enseñar y transmitir las oportunidades y el uso ético de la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa. Experiencia demostrada gestionando equipos y stakeholders en múltiples países y culturas (especialmente en el mercado brasileño). Formación: Título universitario en áreas de Ingeniería, Psicología Organizacional, o Administración de Empresas. Postgrado en Change Management, Estrategia o Innovación Tecnológica es un plus.
