**Task Description**:

- Create and implement state-of-the-art NLP and Generative AI models to address our clients business needs.
- Provide our clients with strategic consulting services, offering guidance on the adoption, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate our AI solutions into our custom
- ers infrastructure.
- Take charge of AI project development and execution, guaranteeing the delivery of top
- notch results within defined timelines and budget limitations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in NLP and Generative AI through continuous research.
- Help junior developers in their professional journey to growth and gain knowledge in AI and related fields.
- Engage with our clients by presenting solutions, conducting workshops, and contribut
- ing to business development initiatives.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, coupled with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Comprehensive understanding of principles and practices in data and AI engineering, coupled with proficiency in software engineering.
- Proficiency in common data and AI engineering standards and tools, especially with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, Kafka and Terraform.
- Fluent in English and technical terminology.
- Possesses a collaborative and team-oriented mindset, demonstrating the capacity to work efficiently with cross-functional teams and a diverse range of stakeholders.
