Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales:
  • Conduct quality product training and technical guidance to customers to resolve technical problems (both software & hardware).
  • Build quality relationships with customers and managers.
  • Provide in-house technical support to sales staff.
  • Lead the design of the program for the customer.
  • Constantly collect and provide feedback on customer and market demands toward the company’s products.
  • Conduct product-related testing as per customer application requirements.
After-Sales:
  • Provide after-sales technical support (training, maintenance, hands-on repair, remote support).
  • Feedback product-related issues to research and development personnel for improvement.
  • Summarize issues and organize them into technical questions for reporting.
  • Develop and produce quality guideline materials as per customer requirements.
Skills Requirements:
  • Good written and spoken communication skills; able to report to supervisors overseas.
  • Support-focused mindset, capable of solving/simplifying customer challenges.
  • Willing to learn and patient when dealing with tight timelines.
  • Good analytical thinking and ability to solve technical problems.
  • Must be friendly, energetic, and passionate.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/IT/Software/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Understanding coding is a must; being able to do programming will be a bonus.
  • Technical competency in Android POS or any relevant experience will be a bonus.
  • Must have IT knowledge and be a hands-on person.
  • Well-disciplined and have the attitude to learn new systems.
