Our innovative technology supports AI-powered scheduling & analytics, ensuring dealers efficiently “go mobile.” What you’ll do Establish, build and nurture relationships with our Dealer Partners, Dealer Groups, and OEM’s. Thoughtfully learn about our Partners needs and communicate our value propositions, USP’s and experience via consultation. In person and virtually. Manage pipeline opportunities in CRM (Hubspot), report with management, collaborate with Marketing and Success. A cornerstone role that will act as player / coach, establishing the playbook to lead future Regional Directors. Partner with our C-Suite, Success team, Marketing for GTM strategy focused on new client acquisition and provide Product feedback. Key Components for Success: Lead with Ownership: You’ll own the Partnerships vertical. Drive growth through effective sales practices to acquire new business, addressing dealership change management as well as Software and offering Support. Innovate Boldly: Help shape the auto industry by enabling dealerships to change the way cars are serviced. You’ll influence change directly with dealers, but also throughout the industry. Stay Curious: Dive into customer needs and work across teams to drive retention and growth among our dealership partners by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Resourceful: We’re proud to be a start up that's the category creator, we accept the challenge of “getting stuff done”. Be a Culture Add: Bring fun, energy, and collaboration to the table. Mentor teammates, champion best practices, and inspire innovation. What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience selling software or platform services in the retail automotive space, dealerships, OEM’s. A keen understanding of the Franchised Dealership world. OEMs, OEM field responsibilities and dealer / group motivations. Understanding of the various Dealership tools, platforms and software. High level of comfort with digital technology solutions Startup/early-stage company experience a plus Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for meetings, conferences, etc. Adaptability to embrace the fast-paced dealership technology environment. Bonus Points: Strong understanding of dealership technology systems (Xtime, Tekion, DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc). Expertise on Zoom, Slack, Google-Suite but happy to take a regular old phone call. Being based in the LA, SoCal Area, or willing to relocate.
