Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the financial planningprocess, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Strategic Analysis: Providestrategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions anddrive profitability.
- Reporting: Prepareand present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis,financial statements, and performance metrics.
- Financial Modeling: Developand maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and businessplanning.
- Cost Management: Monitorand manage operating expenses, identifying areas for cost savings andefficiency improvements.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct ROIanalysis, and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Risk Management: Identifyand mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsand internal policies.
- Team Leadership: Lead,mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement and professional growth.
- Collaboration: Workclosely with other departments to align financial strategies with overallbusiness objectives.
- Audit and Compliance: Oversee internal and external audits, ensuringaccuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of (X) years of experiencein financial management, with at least (Y) years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in financialplanning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills andproficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial softwareand MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and teammanagement skills.
- Attention to detail and high levelof accuracy.
