You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries regarding healthcare transportation, providing exceptional service through attentive listening, and handling sensitive customer information with care. You'll strive to proactively resolve issues on the first contact, stay knowledgeable about our client's products and promotions, and accurately update records in the required systems.
