What The Day Will Look Like Accountable for supporting LATAM regional business strategy and requirements, through delivery in global product operating model, with global standards from regional requirements and local regulatory needs. Accountable to partner with regional COOs and regional leadership to deploy and drive adoption of global and regional technologies. Responsible for local and regional applications, including roadmap development to drive application retirement, lifecycle management and enhancements. Contribute to development of roadmap development with product owners to ensure regional and countries requirements are included in product roadmap. Advocate for adoption of leverage capabilities and products across regions. Aligning to ensure global governance, architecture and standard to deliver consistent solutions. Drive process changes that align with business and product strategy. Primary POC for all things technology in the region. Develop and align to initiatives in the portfolio that meets the ambitions of product adoption and regional and country requirements. Ensure joint initiatives are set up for success and align with the corporate strategy.
