Now we are hiring a result-driven **Chief Financial Officer** who can contribute to the development of our business.
- English - C2, Spanish - B2- C2
- Minimum 3- 4 years as a Financial Controller who is looking for Career Growth or 1-2 years as a CFO or a Junior CFO or previous working experience working for a top 4 Accounting firm like PWC, Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst &Young and etc is a must
- Experience working with Quickbooks and other common mid-market accounting systems
- Excellent Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookup, sumif (Function), offset, match)
- Knowledge of Macros/ VBA is a Plus.
- Numerical thinking
- High level of responsibility
- Detail-orientation and goal-orientation
- Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a Plus.
**As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be**:

- Act as Chief Financial Officer and strategic business partner to the business owner and senior executive leadership team to help grow the value of the business with leading to the companies 10-year goal
- Bring up to date and formulate the essential Monthly Financial reports required by the company and monitor, manage and issue in a timely manner to the Management (Income Statement Report, Balance Sheet, Change In Cash Flow, Trailing Twelve Month, Out Year Projection)
- Ability to set exact KPI's and Data Set that allows the company to monitor, project and act
- Financial Modelling and the ability to incorporate the effect of strategies and budget on our year modelling
- Play an important role as Leadership Team
- Mentor and Counselor for COO and CEO on Financial Planning and Strategies.
- Provide Financial Literacy education to Leadership Team.
- Oversee the efficiency and accuracy of cross-company financial transactions
- Experience with strategic planning and ability to incorporate the effect of strategies into the budget and out year modelling.
- Work closely with the Bookkeeper and Financial Controller

The job is a **full-time** 40 hours a week position. However, working hours are flexible with at least 4-5 hours overlapping. Once a week be available for Executive Meeting Based on the location in the early morning or late evening. Meeting time 12:00pm CET and at least 3 hours a week for COO and CEO.

A 3 months trial period is envisaged for this position.

**Salary**: S/.7,699.00 - S/.9,624.00 per month
