We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner to join our growing team. This role is for an experienced recruiter who can manage the full recruiting lifecycle , build and maintain client relationships, and deliver exceptional hires for VC-backed and high-growth technology companies . You will be responsible for building and growing your own portfolio of clients, developing tailored search strategies, and identifying and engaging top-tier talent across technical and leadership roles. Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts as their primary recruiting partner Run full-cycle recruitment from client intake through to offer negotiation and placement Develop and execute targeted search strategies for highly technical and leadership roles in AI, ML, and software engineering Build and maintain deep, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Partner with in-house Researchers to identify, engage, and qualify top-tier talent Stay informed on market trends and developments in AI, ML, and high-growth tech recruiting Qualifications 4-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector, ideally across a mix of in-house, VC, executive search, and agency. Demonstrated track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles for top technology companies and VC-backed startups Strong business development skills with the ability to grow and manage your own client portfolio Experience recruiting across a range of roles, from individual contributors to senior leadership positions High level of energy, resourcefulness, and results orientation Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, GitHub) If you are looking for an opportunity to own your success, partner with innovative companies, and have the resources to thrive, we encourage you to apply.
