We are now seeking an exceptional General Manager – Strategy and Transformation to lead the design and delivery of our enterprise-wide strategy and transformation agenda. About the role Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Legal and Governance , the General Manager – Strategy and Transformation is a critical executive leadership role, accountable for shaping, driving and enabling Endeavour Foundation’s strategic direction and transformation priorities. As a trusted advisor to the Executive and senior leaders, you will translate organisational purpose into clear, actionable strategies and oversee major transformation programs that drive performance, sustainability and service excellence. You will lead a multi-functional team responsible for strategy, transformation, program management and change, ensuring benefits realisation and strong organisational alignment. This role sits at the heart of Endeavour Foundation’s future — guiding how we adapt, innovate and deliver in a complex and evolving environment. What you’ll be responsible for Leading the development, implementation and monitoring of Endeavour Foundation’s enterprise strategy and strategic plans Overseeing the annual strategic and business planning cycle, ensuring clear alignment between purpose, priorities and performance Designing and driving the organisation’s transformation strategy, including clear priorities, frameworks and governance for delivery Leading large‑scale transformation, business improvement and change initiatives in collaboration with the CEO, Executive and senior leaders Embedding strong project, program and change management disciplines across the organisation Driving benefits realisation, performance reporting and strategic insight through data, dashboards and analytics Conducting horizon scanning, benchmarking and external analysis to inform strategic decision‑making Partnering with the CFO to ensure robust financial analysis, business cases and cost–benefit evaluation Building a high‑performing, engaged team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and accountability Ensuring strong governance, risk management and compliance across all strategic and transformation initiatives What you’ll bring You are a seasoned strategy and transformation leader with a proven ability to operate at enterprise level in complex, purpose‑driven organisations. You bring: Extensive experience leading strategy development, strategic planning and large‑scale transformation programmes A strong track record of translating complex strategic priorities into practical, executable plans with measurable outcomes Demonstrated success as a change agent, leading organisations through ambiguity, growth and reform Strong financial acumen, including experience developing business cases, cost–benefit analyses and performance dashboards Exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to partner at Executive and Board level Highly developed analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills Experience leading and motivating high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or a related discipline Experience in large, multi‑site or human‑services environments will be highly regarded.
