Role and Responsibilities: AsClinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for: Supporting and mentoring doctors: Be the first point of contact for clinical questions, case discussions, and onboarding new doctors. Managing complex cases and escalations: Provide senior clinical input and help resolve challenging patient scenarios. Driving clinical quality and compliance: Oversee adherence to regulatory standards, conduct audits, and champion best practices. Improving workflows and efficiency: Collaborate with Operations and Nursing teams to refine telehealth processes and enhance the patient journey. Contributing to clinical governance: Work closely with leadership on guideline updates, training initiatives, and quality improvement projects. Uplifting patient experience: Ensure that every patient interaction reflects our commitment to safety, care, and accessibility. We’re looking for someone who is: Clinically skilled and patient-centred: You care deeply about quality patient care. A natural leader and mentor: You enjoy supporting and developing others. Organised and proactive: You anticipate challenges and solve problems before they elevate. Tech-comfortable: You’re confident with telehealth systems and digital tools. Flexible and adaptable: You thrive in a fast-changing, growth-focused environment. Must-haves: Medical degree and current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner. Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Professional indemnity insurance. Highly regarded (but not essential): Previous experience in a leadership, supervisor or clinical governance role.
