Key Responsibilities Lead the effective, safe, and smooth operation of the Secondary School. Guide curriculum planning, implementation, assessment systems, and academic documentation. Inspire, support, mentor, and evaluate coordinators and teachers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor student academic progress and ensure strong pastoral care and wellbeing support systems. Coordinate with key academic and administrative departments to align goals and initiatives. Oversee the management of resources, budgets, and academic events. Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding protocols, and digital citizenship standards. Promote a positive school culture based on respect, responsibility, and high expectations. Requisitos Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in Secondary School settings. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required). Strong expertise in curriculum development, assessment practices, and modern pedagogical approaches. Proven ability as an effective communicator, team builder, and instructional leader. Experience with international programmes (e.g., IB or similar) is highly desirable. Excellent organizational, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Strong commitment to innovation, student-centered learning and staff professional development.
