We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Agent to join the team of one of

our prestigious clients. This person will be responsible for recruiting top-tier executive

positions, such as Marketing Directors, IT Directors, and Finance Directors, and must be

familiar with the specific industry language and jargon.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead full-cycle recruitment for executive roles, particularly in Marketing, IT, and

Finance.

● Source and engage with senior-level candidates using various channels (e.g.,

LinkedIn, professional networks).

● Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver

quality candidates.

● Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for leadership roles.

● Stay updated on market trends and executive recruitment best practices.

● Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the executive search.

● Act as a key point of contact from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

● Use ATS and CRM tools effectively to manage the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

● Fluent in English is mandatory (advanced-native level)

● Proven experience (3+ years) in Talent Acquisition, particularly for senior or

executive-level positions.

● Prior experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred.

● Deep understanding of industry-specific terminology and needs for executive roles in

Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

● Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.

● Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn and ATS.

● A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.

● Competitive salary: S/. 3000 Nuevos Soles + performance-based bonuses (Up to 1000

Nuevos Soles).
