Who are we looking for?Our client is seeking a Business Development Lead to join the Development Department. The Basic function is to direct activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing a business venture or portfolio of ventures including initiation, closing, and transition.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.
- 12 years of experience.
- CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CMA (Certified Management Accountant), PMP (Project Management Professional), or similar.
- Industry expertise and knowledge of the specific business transaction and venturing activities.
- Expertise in financial analysis of companies and transaction valuation.
- Focused knowledge and experience in one or more of the following; carve-out divestment, financial re-structuring, or initial public offering (IPO).
- Experience in dealing with local or industry-specific best practices and regulatory mandates.
- Manages the business development process through deal closure.
- Works with investor(s) to establish high-level strategic, financial, and operational goals.
- Reviews investor proposals and approves contract payments and variations within authority limits.
- Coordinates with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure deal alignment.
- Leads business portfolios and manages development of commercial agreements.
- Manages negotiation strategy development and execution.
- Prepares reviews and presents corporate committees and executive briefs.
- Provides administrative direction to Business Development staff.
- Represents the company in professional societies, committees, and conferences.
- Monthly Base Salary – aligned with company employees with similar skills.
- Monthly Overbase – 25% of your monthly base salary.
- Benefits Supplement – 20% of your monthly base salary, increasing with years of service.
- Severance Package – 2-week pay for each year of service after a vesting period.
- Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – maximum purchase equal to 10% monthly base pay.
- Incentive Plan – annual based on performance.
- Travel Allowance – annual for household members.
- Vacation & Paid Holidays – 38 vacation days / 4 travel days / 11-13 paid holidays.
- Medical/Dental Plan – complimentary in-Kingdom medical care.
- Educational Assistance Plan (EAP) – covers expenses for education.
- Settling in Allowance – one-time payment based on status.

2. Interviews Stage: Includes preliminary phone/video interview and client face-to-face interview.
3. Conditional Offer: Successful interviews may result in a conditional offer of employment.
4. Relocation Process: After acceptance of the offer, a relocation advisor will assist with the transition.
