Responsibilities Incident Handling Lead the response to major incidents (e.g., hacking or security breaches, CEX collapses, or other market disruptions) affecting Binance or listed projects. Oversee root cause analysis and assess business impact, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication to key stakeholders. Coordinate across internal business units and external partners to minimize impact and drive effective, sustainable resolutions. Research and Risk Management Oversee the comprehensive evaluation of listed token performance using both quantitative and qualitative indicators — including adoption metrics, on‑chain data, project development, and community sentiment. Identify and assess emerging risks across listed tokens and drive proactive risk mitigation strategies. Evaluate and approve project‑related requests (e.g., rebranding, mainnet integrations, swaps) through a risk‑based framework. Deliver concise and data‑driven analytical reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for senior management. Lead initiatives to strengthen risk detection, enhance monitoring frameworks, and improve escalation procedures throughout the listing lifecycle. Operations & Process Management Oversee new token listings, ensuring operational readiness, cross‑functional alignment, and adherence to internal governance standards. Manage collaboration with multiple teams to support ongoing operational activities (e.g., airdrops, cross‑chain swaps, migrations). Continuously optimize workflows, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms to drive operational efficiency and process transparency. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements 7–10 years of proven experience in research, risk management, consulting, or related fields, with experience in crypto or financial markets strongly preferred. Hands‑on experience with on‑chain data analysis and a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics. Deep knowledge of crypto market structures , including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges (CEX), and cross‑chain ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives and make sound, data‑driven decisions under pressure. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; capable of identifying root causes and designing structured, scalable solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution. Curious, self‑driven, and passionate about continuous learning in the rapidly evolving crypto and AI landscape.
