Head of Department - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT | $115k -$130k + super New Year, New Job, New You Working with a reputable and well established brand in the South-Eastern suburbs of Victoria, your role is to mentor, train, grow and develop the current team of approximately 9 property management and support staff while overseeing all property management operations. THE SALARY $115,000 - $130,000 + superannuation THE HOURS/DAYS Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm THE ROLE Oversee, guide, and develop a team of property managers. Oversee the functionality of systems used by the department and provide training where needed. Ensure personal and team KPI's are set are adhered to. Manage best practice to ensure the property management department is fully compliant. Innovate departmental systems and processes. Ensure all properties are compliant and adhere to the correct standards. Be involved with recruitment and onboarding for new staff members.
