As VP of Product, you'll lead Demandbase's advertising solutions, including Ads and multi-channel products. This high-impact role requires a seasoned leader who can elevate product excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure our offerings remain ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating a compelling vision for Demandbase's Advertising offerings.
  • Collaborating with Engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define and bring to market groundbreaking products.
  • Leading and nurturing a team of exceptional product managers.
  • Upholding quality standards across product management teams.
  • Championing Demandbase products externally and internally.
  • Investing in customer engagement and translating feedback into actionable strategies.

We're looking for a leader with:

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading products for B2B advertisers.
  • Proven track record of solving complex data problems at scale.

Additional qualities required for success include:

  • Clear, concise communication.
  • Strong experience in leading products for B2B marketers.
  • Understanding of the product planning process.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Relevant experience in mature product organizations.
