As VP of Product, you'll lead Demandbase's advertising solutions, including Ads and multi-channel products. This high-impact role requires a seasoned leader who can elevate product excellence, foster collaboration, and ensure our offerings remain ahead of industry trends.

Key responsibilities include:

- Formulating a compelling vision for Demandbase's Advertising offerings.
- Collaborating with Engineering, UX, and stakeholders to define and bring to market groundbreaking products.
- Leading and nurturing a team of exceptional product managers.
- Upholding quality standards across product management teams.
- Championing Demandbase products externally and internally.
- Investing in customer engagement and translating feedback into actionable strategies.

We're looking for a leader with:

- 10+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in leading products for B2B advertisers.
- Proven track record of solving complex data problems at scale.

Additional qualities required for success include:

- Clear, concise communication.
- Strong experience in leading products for B2B marketers.
- Understanding of the product planning process.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Relevant experience in mature product organizations.
