  • Monitor every order that enters the platform
  • Ensure all shipments can be sent and received on time
  • Ensure that all deliveries are according to SOP from pick up to drop off
  • Report any issue that occurs in the order
  • Create reports every week to the operations manager
  • Answer order-related inquiries from Logisly shippers and transporters
  • Problem-solve issues encountered during deliveries

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 would be preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/trucking/supply chain in similar roles
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong project management knowledge/skills
  • Willing to work on shifts
  • Familiar in using Google Sheets for report building and formula writing
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
