Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative Lead Calibrator (Portuguese and English Advanced) to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and Spanish), experienced in quality assurance within BPO/KPO environments, and skilled at leading calibration sessions that drive alignment, consistency, and performance excellence. Job Description Quality Lead Calibrator – Portuguese Location: Lima, PEType: Full-timeDepartment: Customer Operations Responsibilities Master the quality program and assigned lines of business to serve as a key subject matter expert. Facilitate effective calibration sessions focused on consensus-building, accuracy, and actionable outcomes. Partner closely with stakeholders across Global Quality, COE, Operations, and Training teams to ensure consistent application of quality standards. Schedule calibration sessions, document meeting notes, and ensure timely follow‐ups and closure of action items. Review performance trends and feedback to identify knowledge or skill gaps, and recommend improvement strategies. Uphold quality and compliance guidelines in line with company and client requirements. Eligibility Requirements Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in quality assurance, including hosting and leading calibration sessions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing). Lead calibration sessions with clarity, confidence, and attention to detail. Ability to analyze data and trends to prepare and follow‑up on calibration sessions effectively. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. Capable of managing multiple responsibilities, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines independently. Flexible with shift timings and adaptable to varied responsibilities based on business needs. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and presentation tools for delivering data‑driven insights. Proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional growth.
