El Project Manager es responsable del desarrollo de planes, estrategias y tácticas de gestión de proyectos, define el proyecto y presenta todas sus etapas y plazos de entrega a los clientes.
Tareas laborales diarias
- Planificar, controlar y dirigir proyectos desde su planeación hasta el cierre
- Liderar y coordinar la planificación de los proyectos en cuanto al suministro de los recursos y del personal necesarios para su realización, realizar la gestión de los suministros y subcontratos, elaborar informes relativos a la evolución, localización y resolución de problemas y la gestión de los proyectos a su cargo.
- Asegurar que los resultados de los proyectos cumplen con los requisitos técnicos en cuanto a la funcionalidad, calidad, fiabilidad, horarios y costos.
- Controlar el rendimiento de los proyectos y recomendar cambios en los plazos/programas de trabajo, ajustes de costos o recursos adicionales.
- Identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos potenciales para el éxito de las iniciativas brindando dirección y balance de recursos (humanos y materiales) en todo el portafolio de proyectos
Requisitos básicos:
Escolaridad:
Técnico en comunicaciones y electrónica, o afín
Idioma:
Inglés intermedio
Paquete de office, Excel,
- Deseable alguna certificación en administración o gestión de proyectos:
- Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, ACP y/o
- Metodologías tradicionales (PMP)
- Experiência previa en despliegue de proyectos: instalación, configuración y despliegue de herramientas tecnológicas y coordinación de proveedores para entrega de servicios
- EXPERIENCIA EN DOCUMENTAR DURANTE TODO EL CICLO DEL PROYECTO (HISTORIAS DE USUARIO/ REQUERIMIENTOS, ROADMAP, ETC)
