For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Senior Project Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • The implementation of a business development plan as well as direct management of all details of project executions under your assignment
  • Leading all communications with clients and suppliers
  • Contract reviewing, finance controlling, operation details management, integration of corporate functions into the project and report of results to management
  • Creating high addedvalue technical and commercial proposals as a reply to clients' tenders for RFI and RFQ
  • Budget reporting and cash flow submittal to accounting department to ensure financing
  • Prepare and submit budget quotations/tenders
  • Prepare and perform surveys and factfinding trips related to projects hereunder port, route, and equipment
  • Sourcing from international parties to get the most accurate services purchase pricing for internal and external purposes
  • Employing company tools such as CRM or TMS to gain maximum advantage from them
  • Attend exhibitions / fairs / seminars on request
  • Ensure and support quality implementation in the department

What you can contribute:

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as Freight Forwarding Assistant
  • At least 10 years of work experience in transport and logistics, ideally in project logistics
  • A team player approach that convinces with a strong handson mentality
  • Good to excellent Englishlanguage skills
  • Pleasure working in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Deadlines and full calendars are not foreign to you and, thanks to your structured way of working, are successfully managed
  • You are motivated and enjoy facing new challenges
