Senior Human Resources (HRBP)
Fantastic opportunity for a motivated, english speaker, and results-oriented Senior Human Resources.

Our client is one of the world's largest producers of responsibly sourced nickel, copper, cobalt, and platinum group metals, that selected Globe 24-7 to support in the recruitment for an experienced Senior HR, due to our experience and market knowledge.


The
Role

The Senior HR must provide professional and advisory services related to personnel, such as recruitment, selection, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, labor relations, analysis, and negotiation of agreements between employees and representatives of the organization.

Study and implement organizational structures, methods, systems, and procedures related to workforce management and planning, organizational charts, and corporate culture.

Responsible for all internal communications associated with the area, implementation and controls over IT systems related to HR administration (SAP).


The Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the area and all functions related to recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, training, promotion, termination, employee/management relations, legal requirements, and other areas of personnel policy.
  • Understand the business, study, and analyze the jobs performed in the organization by various means, including interviews with employees and management, and develop detailed job profiles.
  • Prepare the required and requested information for the compensation, benefits, and remuneration analysis.
  • Responsible for personnel and payroll administration, supervising and validating the information prepared by the thirdparty company.
  • Study and analyze the organizational climate by various means, including interviews with workers and management, and analyze the risks and impacts of the information obtained.
  • Analyze employee attendance, performance, skills, and costs. Prepare reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Management of health services, medical leave, and subsidies, through third party companies.
  • To carry out the administrative processes associated with the work of the area, such as accountabilities, purchase requests, supplier contract management, among others.
  • Conduct intake interviews and dismissal meetings, report findings and recommend actions to be taken.
  • Advising and working in negotiations with managers and employees.
  • Prepare reports and information on labor relations and labor agreements.
  • Study and advise individuals and managers on labor relations and legal aspects of employment.
  • Prepare and exchange materials and communications related to human resources campaigns and events.
  • Manage the development, implementation, use and improvement of IT systems related to personnel functions and policies (SAP).
  • Know, obey, encourage employee compliance with the procedures of the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System and the Code of Ethics, assisting in the construction, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of these processes.

The Requirements

  • Between 7 years post graduate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Psychology or related.
  • Desirable: Diploma / Specialization in Human Resources Management, or related field (master's degree, not exclusive).
  • HR Generalist experience.
  • Experience in heavy industries, ideally mining.
  • Advance knowledge in Recruitment and Selection, Labor relations.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Labor Legislation, Compensation and Benefits, SAP, Expats Hiring, Payroll (Peru and Chile), Talent Management, Succession Plan, and performance assessment.
  • Advanced Self-Learning, Problem Solving, Organization, and Planning skills.
  • Responsible, Accountable, results driven, honesty, respect for diversity, sense of justice.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish. Portuguese skills would be a plus.
