Human Resources & Business Excellence Coordinator
- GEODIS, líder global en el sector de freight forwarding y logística, está buscando un Human Resources & Business Excellence Coordinator para nuestra oficina en Lima. Este rol es fundamental para garantizar el crecimiento y la estabilidad operativa de nuestra empresa, proporcionando liderazgo en la gestión de recursos humanos y manteniendo nuestros estándares de certificaciones internacionales._

**Responsabilidades**:

- **Recursos Humanos**
- Liderar y desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento y desarrollo para asegurar un equipo altamente cualificado.
- Gestionar la documentación y procesos de personal desde su ingreso hasta su salida.
- Desarrollar herramientas de soporte para el departamento de RR.HH., incluyendo programas de inducción y planificación de sucesión.
- Elaborar y/o actualizar los perfiles de puesto de cada posición.
- Asegurar la integración efectiva de los planes y políticas de RR.HH. en la empresa.
- **Sistema Integrado de Gestión**
- Liderar la implementación y el mantenimiento de certificaciones ISO (9001, 14001, 45001) y BASC.
- Contribuir a la estandarización de los procesos internos para asegurar la calidad y el cumplimiento normativo.
- Apoyar en la gestión y análisis de KPI’s operativos y realizar seguimientos de auditorías y planes de acción.
- **Comunicaciones**
- Elaborar comunicaciones internas y externas, y material informativo para fortalecer la cultura organizacional.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Dominio del Inglés a nível intermedio-avanzado.
- Conocimientos sólidos en legislación laboral y técnicas de reclutamiento.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office a nível intermedio.
- Conocimientos en Normas ISO, BASC, etc.
