Objetivo del puesto:
Colaborar en el cumplimiento de las metas establecidas de ventas en bombas, mangueras e Hidrociclones, atendiendo consultas técnicas y asesorando a los clientes en instalaciones de los clientes, y recomendar iniciativas de mejora continua del performance de nuestros equipos.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Realizar las visitas periódicas a las principales minas y casas de ingeniería de acuerdo al plan establecido captando sus necesidades, requerimientos y reclamos.
Realizar el seguimiento de los pedidos.
Realizar presentaciones técnicas a los clientes y asesorarlos en campo
Ingresar y actualizar permanentemente en Salesforce las oportunidades de negocio encontradas y sugerir planes de acción.
Colaborar y participar en los eventos técnicos realizados por la empresa.
Canalizar los requerimientos del cliente con las personas responsables de las líneas o productos de otras áreas.
Prestar soporte técnico en mina, atención de consultas y atención de requerimientos, así como proveer advisory y capacitación en actividades de mantenimiento y reparación, en lo correspondiente a los equipos de bombeo.
Monitorear el inventario en sitio, en tránsito y en fabricación, para los repuestos que corresponden a los equipos de bombeo.
Detectar e informar sobre nuevos proyectos de mejora operacionales de los clientes, así como iniciativas en general de los competidores.
Seguir las políticas EHS de MO y de los clientes.Otras funciones encomendadas por su jefe directo.
Para tener éxito debe contar con los siguientes requisitos:
Formación de Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Industrial y/o afines.
Experiência mínima de 5 años atendiendo a la industria minera, de preferencia con bombas para lodos e hidrociclones.
Conocimiento de sistemas mecánicos e hidráulicos de equipos en general.
Interpretación de planos, esquemas técnicos e informaciones especializadas, según normas y especificaciones.
Conocimiento de operaciones mineras.
Inglés Intermedio o superior.
