You work to mitigate security risks and protect our people, products, and premises at a country level and/or across multiple locations.


How you will contribute


You will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading the strategic and tactical components of the operational security program in your assigned region and ensuring that security activities comply with company policies and legal and regulatory requirements.

This role will include managing, planning, developing and implementing security plans, programs and processes on physical security, executive protection and security audits.

You will be responsible for coordinating activities needed to hire and pay for security and legal services, including the preparation and control of security and legal purchase orders.

In addition, you will report and monitor reports of theft and abuse of trust at the national level; supervise appointments and documents to control legal complaints; and analyze security risks and vulnerabilities in your area.

Lo que debes saber sobre este puesto:

  • Garantizar la aplicación de la Política de Seguridad de Personas, Productos, Instalaciones y Activos de Mondelez, los Estándares de Seguridad Global GS-01 y las expectativas relacionadas dentro y alrededor de las instalaciones de la planta, oficina comercial y Centro de Distribución (CD) de la operación logística.
  • Diseñar y gestionar los procesos definidos por el programa Food Defense en planta Lima garantizando el cumplimiento de los requisitos según norma PAS 96 y/o estándares MDLZ, con la finalidad de prevenir contaminación intencional de los productos que se elaboran dentro de las instalaciones de planta Lima MDLZ.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de los protocolos y procedimientos de seguridad con enfoque de prevención y disuasión (Control de ingreso, inspección áreas críticas, KPI de servicio de seguridad).
  • Desarrollar un sistema eficaz de respuesta ante incidentes en la planta, incluidos asaltos, robos, vandalismo, actos de delincuencia y sabotajes.
  • Supervisar los servicios de vigilancia privada contratados, con la finalidad de asegurar un equipo coordinado, motivado, profesional y orientado a los logros y objetivos de la empresa.
  • Mantener en buen estado de funcionamiento los equipos y sistemas de seguridad de la planta (Control de ingreso, CCTV, Alarmas de intrusión, cercos perimetrales).
  • Mantener una evaluación permanente del índice de criminalidad en el área general de la planta y de las zonas adyacentes.
  • Realizar estudios de vulnerabilidad y análisis de riesgos, según sea necesario, en la planta y áreas aledañas, Oficinas Comercial y Centro de distribución (CD. Con base en este estudio / análisis aplicar las medidas correctivas necesarias para reducir los riesgos identificados dentro y alrededor de la planta, oficina Comercial y CD.
  • Proporcionar capacitaciones frecuentes sobre concientización de riesgos de seguridad a los empleados de la Planta Lima, Oficina Comercial y personal de Logística Mondelez establecido en Peru.
  • Mantener un registro/panorama de riesgos y de los incidentes de seguridad que se presenten en Planta, en las operaciones comerciales y logísticas de Peru que facilite el análisis de tendencias, áreas de mayor impacto y cualquier otro indicador que permita la evaluación oportuna y ayude en la implementación de los planes de mitigación de riesgos.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar los planes de mitigación de los riesgos de seguridad, mediante la implementación de soluciones innovadoras alineadas a las mejores prácticas de seguridad y que permitan la operación del negocio con riesgos tolerables.
  • Mantener actualizados y ejecutar los planes de contingencia previstos para incidentes de seguridad en Lima / Peru (Disturbios civiles, reclamos sindicales, amenaza de bomba, robo, hurto, secuestro, entre otros), y que faciliten su puesta en práctica de forma eficiente.
  • Mantener la coordinación y colaboración con los miembros del equipo de Seguridad Global.
  • Mantener estrechas relaciones institucionales con los organismos de seguridad del Estado (OSE), agencias de inteligencia y foros de seguridad privados.
  • Manejo de presupuesto y destinación optima de los recursos de la compañía.
