Responsabilidades:
- Ejecutar operacionalmente el Sistema de Compliance.
- Implementar herramientas, procesos y capacitación en de acuerdo con lo requerido por Compliance y el Negocio para realizar una gestión activa de riesgos.
- Crear conciencia, anticipar y mitigar los riesgos con el negocio.
- Contribuir a la creación y mejora del Sistema de Compliance, directrices y procesos, así como al intercambio de conocimientos entre países y con la casa matriz.
- Alinear con las áreas de negocio sobre los riesgos de Compliance.
- Promover externa e internamente el Sistema de Compliance y la Cultura de Siemens.
Requisitos:
- Profesional de la especialidad de Derecho, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Finanzas o carrera a fines a las funciones descritas.
- Experiência comprobada de al menos 3 años de experiência en Compliance y Data Privacy (Indispensable)
- Sólidos conocimientos sobre regulaciones en Perú y deseablemente en Ecuador.
- Manejo comprobado sobre temas de: anticorrupción, gestión de riesgos, due diligence, libre competencia, ética, derechos humanos e investigaciones de compliance.
- Manejo del idioma inglés a nível intermedio.
