We'll count on you to:

  • Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
  • Contribute new ideas to improve Marsh's approach with its clients.
  • Conduct market research, prepare presentations and develop proposals for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurer coverage policies to meet client needs.
  • Support commercial teams in bids and renewals.
What you need to have

  • Be an undergraduate student.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. A third language will be an asset.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Eager to learn from a different industry than what you are used to.
