Funciones del cargo


1) Velar por el rol de la marca dentro del mercado peruano a través de las campañas de marketing y acciones de comunicación con la finalidad de cumplir con el ecosistema del negocio y los objetivos de la empresa tanto de marca (indicadores) como comerciales (ventas).

2) Proponer estrategias de comunicación integradas y omnicanales para las categorías comerciales con el fin de comunicar la propuesta de valor a través de un mensaje relevante, innovador y disruptivo, que responda a los objetivos y con los puntos de contacto idóneos para llegar a la audiencia, tanto a nível ATL (masivo), digital (performance), BTL (experiências) y de medios.

3) Desarrollar el brief estratégico hacia las agencias de publicidad y otras áreas del equipo de marketing con el fin de proporcionar toda la información necesaria e identificar oportunidades, para que la devolución de la propuesta creativa responda a las necesidades de la campaña.
4) Realizar seguimiento al calendario comercial de cara al cumplimiento de las campañas de acuerdo a las metas establecidas en las semanas comerciales, e identificar oportunidades de sinergia con otras categorías. Además, del manejo y seguimiento del presupuesto asignado por categoría / campaña.

5) Responsable entre el equipo comercial, marketing y agencias (proveedores) para negociaciones, acuerdos, validaciones, desarrollo e implementación de la comunicación con la finalidad de centralizar todos los esfuerzos en un solo líder.

5) Proponer acciones innovadoras donde se implementen nuevas tecnologías o tendencias en el mercado (nacional o internacional).

Requerimientos del cargo

  • Bachiller o titulado universitario en Marketing, Negocios, Ingeniería industrial, admin. o afines
  • Contar con 3 años de experiência en marketing y publicidad, o agencias de publicidad
  • Experiência como jefatura de marketing o dirección de cuentas
  • Conocimiento de ATL, digital y BTL (indispensable)
  • Conocimiento de digital performance y medios (deseable)
