Regional Marketing Manager Oral Care Brands (Chile, Perú, Ecuador and Central America).


Haleon is looking for a Senior Executive who will be the custodian of our most important oral care brands from a category point of view to drive strategic direction, relationship with region, innovation pipeline, and communication strategy to deliver consumption and sales growth.


Your Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Accountable for accelerated share, sales and profit growth for assigned brand portfolio over 3>1 plan.
  • Develop growth strategy of for assigned brands through adaptation and adoption of global category and brand strategies.
  • Partner with Latam teams to deliver winning marketing and innovation plans on actionable commercial, competitor and consumer insight to drive brand share and equity ahead of competition.
  • Accountable for brand(s) performance tracking for assigned brand(s) across the countries of their concern and recommend remedial action.
  • Recommend and help develop vision boards to be rolled out in the focal countries. Strive to meet innovation ratio targets.
  • Partner with Latam team and other functional stakeholders (eg. Finance, Regulatory and Supply) to ensure codelivery of Winning Formula and commercial goals.
  • Identify investment priorities with appropriate mix between advertising and instore efforts in collaboration with sales channel and category management.
  • Support development of winning creative briefs and lead cocreation with agency partners to adapt global creative executions by exception addressing validated local insights and improving ROI.
  • Lead development of winning Market Activation Plans (MAPs) in the context of the trade and competitor environment. Drive consistency with Category Brand Growth Plans.
  • Drive consistent execution of global brand identity, brand heart, messaging, and visual brand language.
  • Model HALEON values & behaviors' and compliance with all HALEON codes of practice.
  • Responsible for tracking brand equities and recommending remedial action.
  • Drive innovation planning, sequencing, implementation planning, tracking and learning.
  • Measure success of global initiatives and provide timely and quality feedback to Latam teams

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or any other related field.
  • Preferred with specialization as Master or MBA.
  • Leadership experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in oral care brands required
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish and language skills.
