Job Duties

  • Support on the elaboration of annual budgets (operating and capital) and the corresponding forecast process, according to Company's strategic plan and goals, working with cross functional teams.
  • Assist on the budget and forecast controls and reporting systems, assuring expenses are captured, recorded, and/or and reported in time and according to approved lineitem budget.
  • Update the Operational, Commercial and Financial Planning Model which feeds the monthly report.
  • Provide support on the elaboration of variance report against approved budget and executive presentations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

  • Data analysis: ability to interpret large amounts of numeric data and identify sources of variance against plan.
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional departments.
  • Ability to prepare visual presentations.
  • Business thinking: understand the business model and its requirements, to support the short
- and long-term budget process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, industrial engineer, or related field
  • 34 years of experience in budget, cost control, and/or forecast processes.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with SAP (reporting)
  • Experience developing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Advanced English
