Your role at Clorox:


The FP&A Manager will be reporting to the Andean Cluster Finance Director, this opportunity is responsible for leading a diverse FP&A Team based across Peru and Colombia, supporting the business decision process of Clorox Andean through the use and deployment of financial and analytical tools.


Will lease with colleagues of the finance function, to report the monthly closing analysis and reporting, understanding the drivers behind the figures to support the business to achieve its corporate targets.


Will support from a finance function point of view the commercial teams (Sales & Marketing) and the Product Supply function in its saving intiatives.


Right hand of the Finance Director to drive up the finance business partner contribution and close support to the Cluster General Managers as well.


In this role, you will:


Planning and co-ordination of the annual budget culminating in the local entity budget pack for key stakeholder and planning and co-ordination of subsequent forecasts.

Completion of quarterly US management accounting packs and US forecast packs.


In conjunction with the Andean Cluster Financial Accountant, oversee the preparation of the monthly P&L and balance sheet, and ensure a high level of accuracy and timeliness.


Reporting responsibilities include:

  • Present business results (P&L performance) to Cluster management
  • Supervise the preparation and submission of product category/brand reporting for both budget and actual in local and US currency.
  • Supervise all divisional and category cost allocations including Admin, Fixed Distribution, other overheads etc.
  • Lead and supervise adhoc project analysis and material presentations as delegated by the FD.
  • Supervise appropriate Essbase reporting models.

Operational responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with Andean Controller to ensure accurate accounting and reporting
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing on NPD and customer proposals
  • Partner with PSO (supply chain) on CCEM (cost savings) and relevant projects
  • Partner with Sales Director to monitor, manage and report on all trade promotion spend (a.k.a. Reduced Revenue) and trade spending efficiency initiatives

What we look for:

  • Experience in FP&A type of roles and/or commercial and supply chain finance business partnering roles.
  • Finance manager with +5 years of experience in multi country entities.
  • Understanding of US GAAP/standard costing.
  • Experience leading a professional team.
  • Good command of English to lease with Corporate.
  • Bachelor degree in a related field like, Administration, Finance/Accounting, Economics and Industrial Engineering or equivalent working experience.
