Responsibilities:
- Claim review process.
- Reviews payment of minor, undisputed, and/or limited authorization claims. Verifies coverage and damage reports received from vendors and customers for accuracy and consistency with the claim as reported.
- Remains current on requirements and legislation for the assigned state(s).
- Prepares and submits administrative reports as required.
- Acts as a point of contact for internal/external customers.
- Interview and correspond with policyholders, public adjusters, and attorneys
- Negotiate and settle claims within the authority.
- Functions efficiently and productively in a highvolume call center while maintaining departmental productivity and quality standards.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Experience using computer data processing systems.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Fluent in English
Preferred:Customer service experience.
