Introducción

Estamos en búsqueda de talentos para la posición de Senior Engineer, Contracts que será responsable de planificar y coordinar en campo la asistencia oportuna en la atención de necesidades de nuestros clientes que cuentan con un contrato de partes o acuerdo de soporte técnico en campo a través de soluciones Metso, gestionando el soporte técnico, suministro de productos y servicios, además de evaluar y actualizar los principales parámetros operativos y estratégicos de las plantas concentradoras bajo su responsabilidad, siguiendo los lineamientos de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional.

Qué deberá hacer:

  • Realizar visitas planificadas a las plantas de los clientes asignados para recopilar información operativa y oportunidades/necesidades del cliente que serán coordinadas con las áreas internas correspondientes, el ingeniero de contratos soporta al dueño de la cuenta en las actividades directamente relacionadas a la gestión de contratos, antes y durante la ejecución.
  • Responsable de informar y asesorar a las partes interesadas en el proceso de gestión de inventarios de los contratos de usufructo, en coordinación con el área de administración de contratos de la compañía, servicios y líneas de negocio.
  • Responder adecuadamente a los requerimientos y recursos establecidos en el contrato que regula su permanencia en mina, incluyendo personal warehouse destacado.
  • Coordinar con las áreas técnicas de la compañía, el desarrollo y seguimiento de propuestas conjuntas para brindar soluciones adecuadas a las necesidades del cliente en términos de verificar la correcta relación entre el alcance de la solución y las expectativas del cliente, con foco en repuestos, consumibles y servicios que puedan consolidarse en paquetes de atención spots o de largo plazo con el cliente.
  • Recopilar y transferir información actualizada de acciones de la competencia, con relación a los productos y servicios que ofrecen y que podrían ser sustitutos de nuestros productos y servicios.
  • Soportar el seguimiento de las cotizaciones estratégicas relacionadas con servicios/productos a sus clientes asignados, buscando mantener la tasa de cierre definida por el área comercial.
  • Mantener contacto con las áreas de mantenimiento, planeamiento, operaciones y contratos del cliente con el objeto de detectar y desarrollar nuevos requerimientos técnicos que permitan generar acuerdos contractuales y compromisos mutuos de trabajo.
  • Soporta al dueño de la cuenta en actividades estratégicas de negocios, acorde al plan mensual establecido y aprobado de ventas.
  • Generar un mínimo de reuniones mensuales a nivel interno de la organización que permitan elaborar alcances de posibles contratos de larga aliento y atención de ordenes spot y relevantes, acorde a la categoría del cliente.
  • Plantear planes de entrenamiento a clientes estratégicos sobre requerimientos específicos de capacitación detectados y que permitan generar compromiso de trabajo conjunto en campo.
  • Informar de cualquier incidente, accidente y/o condición de riesgo que pueda afectar a la seguridad y salud de las personas, equipos o ambiente.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos, normas, reglamentos e indicaciones del estado peruano, de Metso y del cliente.
  • Otras funciones encomendadas por su jefe inmediato de acuerdo a su puesto de trabajo.

Qué perfil laboral debes tener:

  • Estudios Superior Universitario, Egresado o Bachiller de Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecatrónica, Metalúrgica, Mecánica Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial, Minas o afines.
  • Mínimo 8 años de experiencia laboral, desempeñando funciones similares.
  • Conocimiento en mantenimiento y operaciones de plantas concentradoras (Deseable)
  • Equipos de chancado, molienda y procesos mineros (cobre y oro)
  • Office a nivel intermedio
  • Inglés intermedio.
  • Conocimientos de gestión del mantenimiento a nivel de planificación, programación y ejecución.
  • Para participar de esta convocatoria interna, es necesario que antes pueda conversarlo con su jefatura directa.
