Resumen de la posición: Procurement Analyst

Propósito de la Posición:

Coordinar la implementación y, cuando sea relevante, implementar las soluciones en el Mercado. Apoyar a Above Market y a los Mercados en la resolución de problemas y la implementación de las nuevas soluciones proporcionadas, incluyendo la capacitación y la comunicación a los usuarios en el mercado.

  • Monitorear las medidas apropiadas para asegurar la sostenibilidad de las soluciones implementadas y del proceso de fuente a pago.
  • Recopilar datos e insumos relevantes y discutirlos con el Gerente / Líder de PPA para hacer ajustes pertinentes a las soluciones y estrategias.
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento experto sobre tendencias futuras y/o riesgos dentro de su área de especialización para asegurar que las Estrategias de Aceleración del Rendimiento de Adquisiciones y las soluciones estén preparadas proactivamente para minimizar riesgos y la adopción temprana de nuevas soluciones.

Lo que te hará exitoso:

  • Formación Académica: Egresado de carreras contables, Administrativas o Comerciales.
  • Experiencia: Mínima de un año en proceso de adquisiciones.
  • Buena comprensión de los requisitos existentes y futuros en relación con procesos, herramientas y tendencias en Adquisiciones.
  • Comprensión financiera.
  • Conocimiento sólido en compras.
