Manages the company’s financial planning process including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial plans across business lines. Responsible for corporate and project financial control, cash flow management, variance analysis, and providing strategic financial advice to senior leadership. Leads a team to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and corporate financial control
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and working capital optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage people performance
- Knowledge of financial reporting, budget variance analysis, and financial risk management
- Experience in project financial management and stakeholder relationship management
