Job Description:
Supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customers and internal organizations.
What you will do:
• Answer inquiries and resolve problems regarding products and services via calls, email or internet chat.
• Review and prefilter credit structures for retail customers.
• Perform contract administration support and resolve contract related issues.
• Develop new prospects, establish customers, and find opportunities to introduce an organization's products and services.
What you will have:
Customer Focus and Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. Knowing how to negotiate is crucial for reaching beneficial agreements.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
Basic Requirements:
Intermediate key credit analysis knowledge
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Industrial engineering or equivalent degree desired. Experience in the Financial Industry.
English Intermediate
2-3 years in Sales or Customer Service.
Top candidates will also have:
English Advanced
Experience with Cat Dealers
Experience in Bank Industry (medium or large companies)
