This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for the sales of Motion products (drives and electric motors) within the Peruvian market, in line with the division's strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is hybrid. This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Peru.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating the value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
You will join a dynamic, talented, high-performing team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role- Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or commercial positions working with drives and electric motors.
- Immersion in the mining segment (nice to have).
- Highly adept in Salesforce and SAP (nice to have).
- Passionate about teamwork, highly skilled in influencing others, and captivated by effective communication.
- At ease communicating in advanced English.
- 70% availability for travel.
