As a Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for:

  • Lead the four teams that encompass our Government-facing Operations: Fulfillment, Product portfolio, Internal Quality, and Automation as a unit.
  • Develop and implement mid- to long-term operational strategies to ensure our operations remain the most advanced in the industry.
  • Maintain and extend the KPI suite to monitor and steer your teams.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the respective teams in Product Development and Tech, taking a long-term outcome perspective that balances cost, operational excellence, and client outcomes.
  • Lead and develop high-performing and dispersed teams with an eye for talent and personal growth.
  • Drive change across all fields under your responsibility by leveraging new technologies, continuously increasing the automation level of all our operations.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders from across the organization.

  • 5+ Years of leadership experience in operations in professional services, preferably in high-contact industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in decision-making under incomplete information.
  • Experience in driving operational excellence through process improvements and automation.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
