- Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Dar soporte en todas las actividades comerciales, incluidas, entre otras, la estructuración de acuerdos, la creación de propuestas y contratos, la fijación de precios, la revisión y aprobación de ofertas, la gestión de contratos y la prestación de apoyo a las ventas de campo con fines de cotización
- Garantizar que los acuerdos se estructuran y procesan de manera eficiente y se alinean con las políticas de la empresa
- Revisar, interpretar y confirmar los términos y condiciones del contrato; trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de finanzas, legal y “delivery” para garantizar que todos los contratos sean precisos
- Verificar el cumplimiento de las políticas internas (y normativas externas)
- Responsable de redactar, modificar y cerrar contratos, incluidos negocios nuevos y adicionales
- Responsable del manejo de consultas diarias de grupos que incluyen equipos de ventas, desarrollo de ventas y administración de cuentas que utilizan herramientas de cotización y / o sistema CRM
