**¿Cómo aportarás valor al banco?**
- Desarrollar funcionalidades pensadas en el cliente y en el negocio para ofrecer la mejor experiência en el mundo de Payments.
- Participar en la definición de la estrategia de las iniciativas de Plin y aterrizar el roadmap.
- Responsable del desarrollo e implementación de los proyectos definidos en el roadmap.
- Aterrizar las mejoras de experiência en los flujos actuales, para posteriormente implementarlas.
- Gestionar el backlog, ordenando y priorizando tareas alineados a los OKRs del negocio.
- Asegurarse de que backlog sea visible, transparente y claro para todos los equipos involucrados.
- Coordinar con stakeholders internos y externos para lograr la implementación de los proyectos de Plin.
- Proponer nuevas funcionalidad o incrementos de productos en base al feedback de clientes, siempre alineadas a objetivos de negocio.

**¿Qué necesitamos de ti?**
- Bachiller o Titulado de las carreras de Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
- Experiência previa de mínimo 5 años en posiciones similares en empresas del sector bancario, financiero, retail o afines.
- Experiência trabajando bajo metodologías agiles (Scrum y Kanban).
- Nível de ingles avanzado.
- Nível de Office intermedio.
