**Job Duties**
- Support the elaboration of annual budgets (operating and capital) and the corresponding forecast process, according to Company’s strategic plan and goals, working with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with the budget and forecast controls and reporting systems, assuring expenses are captured, recorded, and/or reported in time and according to the approved line-item budget.
- Update the Operational, Commercial, and Financial Planning Model which feeds the monthly report.
- Provide support on the elaboration of variance reports against approved budget and executive presentations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Processes**:
The job will be based on the accomplishment of the following processes:

- Annual Budget Process: Production, Commercial and Financial Planning.
- Annual Budget Process: Operating and Capital Expenditures
- Corporate Governance - Shareholders Reporting

**Skills**
- Data analysis: the ability to interpret large amounts of numeric data and identify sources of variance against the plan.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to prepare visual presentations.
- Business thinking: understand the business model and its requirements, to support the short
- and long-term budget process.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in budget, cost control, and/or forecast processes.
- Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with SAP (reporting)
- Experience developing presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Advanced English
