**Descripción del Puesto**:
¿Eres un Materials Manager experimentado, dominas el inglés y estás buscando unirte a una de las mejores empresas de construcción en el área de DMV?

**Requisitos de Educación y Experiência**:
**ES UN PLUS SI DOMINAS BUILDERTREND Y/O JOBNIMBUS**
- Dominio de inglés hablado y escrito (Indispensable)
- **Bachiller de la carrera de INGENIERÍA CIVIL (Indispensable)**
- Tres **años de experiência** relacionada en gestión de materiales, logística, o en un puesto similar dentro de la industria de la construcción.
- **Capacitación relevante** en el área, que puede incluir cursos, certificaciones o formación relacionada con la gestión de proyectos, materiales, o áreas afines.

**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Asegurar una licitación, contratos y presupuestos de alta calidad.
- Gestionar los costos indirectos de manera eficaz.
- Apoyar los objetivos y metas de la división y el departamento.
- Supervisar la gestión de materiales y las operaciones.
- Asegurar una gestión efectiva del tiempo del personal en sitio.
- Ayudar en la adquisición de subcontratistas y proveedores.
- Gestionar los cronogramas de los subcontratistas, la calidad del trabajo, la coordinación con otros oficios y los pagos.
- Coordinar los objetivos de costos y progreso con la producción.
- Crear y mantener cronogramas detallados del proyecto.
- Proporcionar actualizaciones oportunas del cronograma al equipo de liderazgo.
- Monitorear la rentabilidad y el costo por proyecto.
- Prosperar en un ambiente de trabajo de ritmo rápido.
- Dominio de Acrobat Reader, Excel, OneDrive, Word, etc.
