**Cómo contribuirás**

Tus tareas:

- Dar apoyo a los Account Managers para garantizar un esfuerzo de ventas coordinado, centrado y comunicado de manera efectiva siguiendo las prioridades comerciales clave
- Negociar con los representantes de las cuentas asignadas para establecer y mantener relaciones favorables y efectivas con los consumidores
- Apoyar todas las actividades necesarias para gestionar de forma efectiva las relaciones con el consumidor, incluyendo fondos comerciales, consultas relacionadas con facturación y reclamaciones, promociones de ventas, mercadotecnia, gestión de las estanterías y programas nacionales de ventas, etc.

**More about this role**:

- 1) Responsable for the OTC process, especifically order tracking and receptions, collaborating with CS&L in order to deliver Service Level Agreements KPIs, including Case Fill Rate (CFR) and returns.
- 2) Responsible for successfully managing the relationship with the customer logistic team and day to day operation´s team. Monthly status review with customer´s logistic´s team.
- 3) Responsible for the execution of Perfect Store strategies for the account. Perfect Store initiatives include: MSL, Primary Shelf reinvention, Check-out coverage, Secondary Exhbitions, Share of Shelf and planogram definition. Deliver Perfect Store KPIs.
- 4) In charge of client´s Sell Out targets by category and retail environment.
- 5) Analyze reports and statistics on Sell Out trends, stocks, DOI and on shelf availability.
- 6) In charge of the JBP correct execution and follow up
- 7) Responsible for transmiting the promotional plan to the merchandiser´s team. Host weekly status meetings and ensure they are trained in our products, categories and Perfect Store KPI´s.
- 8) Forecasting Process: Actively participate in the forecasting process and along with the KAM and logistic (Demand Planner), verify numbers from previous years, actual numbers, sales trends, sales programs, consumers programs, brands supports and with his input get the most accuracy estimated by SKU and distribution channels, to ensure the correct product volume according to timings negotiated to accomplish with the trade pullout needs.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of professional experience in commercial areas (Marketing, Category Planning, Trade Marketing, Sales)
- Demonstrated ability to manage Perfect Store´s KPI´s and OTC process
- Skills: Being in touch with external environment, negoatiation skills, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Planning and drive for results.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engeneering, Marketing or related
