**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and oversee the execution of smaller M&A deals for FLS, managing the entire process from identification to completion, ensuring deals align with company goals and financial objectives- Collaborate with the team to facilitate and assist in managing larger-scale M&A transactions, contributing expertise and guidance to ensure successful deal closures- Actively participate in the assessment, due diligence and valuation of recurring buy-side and sell-side opportunities, leveraging support from FLS' key business units in mining and cement- Develop and implement financial models, leveraging strong corporate finance skills, to analyse potential transactions, assess risks and evaluate investment opportunities- Negotiate and structure deals, including sale-purchase contracts (e.g., share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements) and other relevant transactional documents- Foster relationships with investment banks, investment bank boutiques, potential investors (including private equity/financial sponsors) and other stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and expand deal-making opportunities

What you bring- BA/BS- A minimum of 5 years of experience in M&A/investment banking, preferably at a top-tier bank or M&A unit at a reputable corporate entity- Fluent in English and Spanish- A strong grasp of corporate finance, financial modelling and valuation skills- A good grasp/understanding of sale-purchase contracts (i.e. share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements) and other relevant transaction documentation (i.e. transitional service agreements)- Ideally, basic knowledge of FLS' core segments: Mining and Cement
- This position will be an individual contributor
