Key Responsibilities:
A Business Partner assumes the responsibility of comprehending, cultivating, and consistently enhancing the trust and relationship dynamics between IT and our business partners—key stakeholders in Support Offices and VFI. Serving as the customer-facing Single Point of Contact (SPOC), role delve into understanding the issues, purpose, and strategies of both organizations, driving towards harmonized solutions for optimal partnership outcomes. Proficient in technology, with a keen business acumen, they ensure IT portfolios fulfil commitments and collaborate with stakeholders to align technology services with business needs.

Individuals in the IT leadership job family play a crucial role in operationalizing planning, creating, and implementing an IT vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic business plan. Overseeing the development of corporate standards, technology architecture, and evaluation, they manage teams delivering IT solutions. Providing technical and business leadership, IT Leaders analyse technology trends, assess the impact of emerging technologies, and address technology and business issues. They manage financial resources, ensure high-quality technology solutions, and lead the development of an IT governance framework, fostering collaboration among various IT groups.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- BUSINESS AND IT STRATEGY_- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with business partners and initiating interactions leading to meaningful business outcomes.- Implements the tactical components of the IT strategyfor business partners.- Works with business partners to understand business needs.- Manages the development and implementation of IT initiatives to support business strategy.- Goals for IT initiatives are achieved and provide expected business results.
- CHANGE MANAGEMENT:_- Embraces and executes change through frequent, communication to staff and clients about the change and the impact of the change (individual and business).- Consistently advocates for the change. - ARCHITECTURE:_- Provides input to technology planning within a functional area.- Implements solutions consistent within current context of overall architecture.- Technology plan for functional area aligned with enterprise architecture.
- PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS:_- Implements defined process improvements.- Increased efficiency and effectiveness of defined processes.
- FINANCE:_- Participates in the development of IT budgets.- Tracks and takes appropriate steps to stay within budget.- Provides high-quality services at optimal cost to customers.- Measures service performance and implements improvements.- Initiatives are implemented within budget.
- IT TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT:_- Develops and implements technologies to improve the performance of a business efficiency and effectiveness.- Improved performance.
- SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS (SLAs):_- Participates and provides input to the SLA development process.- Ensures internal SLAs are met.- Appropriate metrics to measure vendor/IT performance and achieve desired results on-time and within budget.
