**Responsibilities**:

- Play a key role in establishing, nurturing, and enhancing business partnerships, emphasizing strong negotiation skills to drive mutual benefits and long-term relationship building with vendors.
- Responsible for vendor development and management, invoking strategies for vendor inclusion and exclusion, and fostering healthy relationships with all vendors.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors based on product and market information, encompassing aspects like price, quantity, and plan. Spearhead contract discussions, orchestrating the signing and follow-up processes to ensure accurate execution and adherence.
- Oversee the development and implementation of procurement plans to meet annual targets, ensuring optimal vendor management and refining the procurement procedure.
- Conduct procurement and business knowledge training sessions to elevate departmental business capabilities, focusing on negotiation techniques and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Develop, establish, and maintain enduring, stable procurement channels. Undertake potential vendor selection, competitive vendor sourcing, and creating a scientific management matrix.
- Devise and implement a data-driven vendor credit system with dynamic tracking capabilities, including comprehensive evaluation and approval processes for both incoming and existing partner vendors relative to their performance and reliability.
- Strive for continual improvements by leveraging insights from the market, product information, and vendor feedback to refine procurement strategies and negotiations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or above.
- Proficient English.
- At least 8 years experience in Professional Services of indirect procurement is a must. Other experiences ie Compliance, Marketing, IT Security is a plus.
- Drive procurement efficiency and implement the best practices by creating contract frameworks, rating cards, etc., and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency, accountability for flawless and professional execution of strategies, and timely resolution of issues.
- In-depth understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) process, Vendor Assessment process.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely user-focused, taking the time to understand the needs of the business.
- Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Be sensitive to the market, have the ability to analyze and control costs with strong negotiation skills;
